I liked this photo because it shows how happy that man was after the end of the war. HE eventually grab any woman around him and kissed her. Also I really liked the reaction and facial expressions of people around them. As they look at them, they smile. And I think if this photo was taken in color photo, it would have been more interesting because I would be able to see the background buildings and style of the clothes that people used to wear at that time.

Afgahn Girl.

What strikes you about this Photograph?
* The Girl's eyes are striking, and her absence of facial expression gives very lonely, and sad feelings.

Why do you think the curiosity over this girl continued for so many years?
* I think it's because the Afgahn was in war, so people might be so curious about whether the Afgahn girl with amazing eyes is still alive or died during the war.

I admire Andy Worhol as a photographer, Philippe Halsman, and someone who took the Walt Diseny's photo.

<Portrait of Andy Worhol>

As many people know that Andy Worhol is famous with his Pop art.

This art is done by Andy Worhol. He used lots of different colours for every part of the photo to create different mood or different atmosphere. His photo (upper one) is taken by Andy Worhol himself, and he decorated/ edited his photo with different colours. I like the way he colour the photos interestingly, so I like Andy Worhol as an pop artist but also as a photographer.

Salvador Dali

This is the photograph of Salvador Dali, and the photographer who took this photo is Philippe Halsman. Philippe Halsman was born in Jewish family, and he was a dentist. Then afterwards, he became a photographer and took many photos of Salvador Dali. His portrait is very interesting because of his awkward facial expression and his awkward mustache. But most of Halsman's photos were very dark and gloomy, little bit awkward.

Walt Disney

This is the photo of Walt Diseny who is an American film directer, producer, voice actor, and animator. The photographer of this photo is unknown but I really like this photo because this photo contains his good personalities like benevolence, kindness, and his purity. I admire the photographer who took his photo because I read Walt Diseny's biography when I was young, I was in America.  And I saw this photo in the biography and this photograph reminded me about my grandfather in Korea. This photograph reminded me very calm, relaxed, and warm smile of my grandfather so I really admire the photographer who took this photo.
